About Janet Naidu 

Janet has a passion for improving human relationships and performance.  She has dedicated over 25 years at the Liquor Control Board of Ontario (LCBO), helping the organization in its vision for fostering workplace Diversity and Inclusion.  She has helped managers and employees resolve difficult issues by addressing conflicts in an effective and meaningful way. 

She provides both investigative as well as mediation services in workplace conflicts regarding Human Rights and Bill 168 Harassment/Violence complaints.  She conducts workplace restoration sessions between parties as well as within a group setting. Her workshop on ‘Respect at Work’ offers leaders at all levels additional skills on restoring working relationships.

She also provides coaching services where each individual will discover their strengths, examine the complexities of issues and develop best solutions. Each coaching session explores possibilities for renewal and goal setting.

As Executive Director of HR Diversity Solutions, Janet brings tremendous knowledge and experience in the field of workplace investigations, mediation and workplace restoration services.  valuing diversity, equity and inclusion and advocates that each person has the opportunity to find meaning and purpose as they pursue their goals.


Janet is a Certified Investigator through the Investigators Training Institute in the US and the Advanced Investigators Course through Rubin Tomlinson, LLP in Toronto.

She holds a BA in Political Science and Caribbean Studies from the University of Toronto and an LL.B from the University of London (UK). She has achieved the Human Resource Law Certificate with Osgoode Law, Toronto and the Advanced Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Stitt Feld Handy Group, Toronto.  

As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute, she delivers both one-on-one private co-active coaching as well as in group settings.
